Kirkwood subdivision involved 16500m3 cut/fill earthworks, road construction which included 9500m2 asphalt, over 2700m kerbs and channel, and all sewer and stormwater, including all necessary dewatering and trench shoring.
Watermain installation and service trenching were all completed in-house; construction of retaining walls, fencing and landscape basins also was completed under contract for this 100 lot development.
