Works: The Ballymoile building at 205 Durham Street located in central Christchurch is an inner city, three story commercial building with internal and external stairs, constructed using 30 tonnes of structural steel. 

On paper this was a straight forward project, however the actual construction of the building resulted in a number of challenges for the client.

Texco Steel provided practical and cost effective solutions to these on site challenges to ensure momentum was maintained on the project which resulted in a happy client, impressed by Texco going above and beyond.

This project ensured Texco secured another quality working relationship with a key construction firm in Christchurch, established on quality service and trust.
